Where We Ship
We ship Australia-wide. We do not currently ship internationally.
Please note that there are certain rural postcodes our delivery network is unable to service. If we are unable to deliver to your postcode, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund.
Free Delivery
Free standard delivery is available on orders over $100 within Australia. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed for dispatch within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods, such as the Christmas holiday season, processing may take slightly longer, however we will update you with estimated timeframes where possible.
Dispatch and Carriers
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Adelaide, South Australia. We partner with a range of carriers including Australia Post, CouriersPlease, Fastway, APD, TNT, and Toll IPEC. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your delivery location and the items ordered. Specific carrier preferences cannot be accommodated.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- SA Metro: 1–2 business days
- VIC and NSW Metro: 2–4 business days
- QLD Metro: 3–5 business days
- WA, NT, and TAS: 5–10 business days
- Regional areas: please allow additional time
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak periods, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Authority to Leave
Where applicable, we will provide Authority to Leave on all deliveries. This means that deliveries may be left in a safe place at the address provided. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered, we may be unable to cover loss or theft.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to redeliver your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details on returns to sender.
Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or events outside of our control, including extreme weather, peak periods, or carrier disruptions. If your tracking has not progressed for an extended period, please contact the carrier directly. If this is unsuccessful, you may contact us at contact@readysteadypets.com.au and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry where appropriate.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at contact@readysteadypets.com.au with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage, where applicable
- Your tracking information
We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue. Outcomes may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
